If I were consulting with the HTE board of directors regarding the changes that Harold is bringing within the company which he thinks is better for the company then I would say that having a vision for the company is very good to begin with which acts as a motivator for the company to move forward but the way to lead the team to achieve that particular goal matters the most. As Harold in this company has made the vision and has started changes according to it but these changes are not
